Haaz wins judicial election to Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania
Congratulations to Judge Richard Haaz on his election to the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania!
Placing first among four candidates, Devine Mulvey is proud to have helped a candidate who has dedicated his career to protecting the rights of seniors and families in the Montgomery County Court System. Haaz will be joining fellow Democrat Cheryl Austin on the bench this January. Haaz’s win is another off-year triumph for Democrats in Pennsylvania. Last cycle, Democrats lost the Governorship, a U.S. Senate seat, and five House seats in a wave that swept over the state of Pennsylvania and the nation at large.
Haaz’s paid campaign focused on his tireless fight for abused nursing home residents during his two decades of private practice.
