Rove’s Worst Nightmare
Sweet Dreams, Karl!

“Karl Rove’s worst nightmare” is how TIME columnist Joe Klein describes Democratic candidate Chris Carney. And we agree. Our new video, recently released on the Carney for Congress website has Chris talking us through his family album.
In the March 12, 2006 TIME article, Klein follows Carney to a rally at a restaurant in Montrose, PA. A Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Navy, Carney has attracted a large crowd of supporters in the rural, conservative 10th District, a district that is considered “safe” for Republicans. “It’s nice to be able to vote for somebody with honor and integrity, and a veteran,” stated Gary Morgan, one of a fair number of Republican supporters. His sentiment is shared by many in the crowd and is widespread throughout the district.
“Chris is a phenomenal candidate,” says Julian Mulvey. “The Code of Honor by which he lives his life is something that this district needs to see in its leadership. We’re very excited to be working for him.”
With Carney and a number of other Iraq war veterans running as Democrats in 2006, Karl Rove won’t be getting a good night’s sleep any time soon.
Carney isn’t the first veteran that our firm has had the honor of working with. From Ohio sensation Paul Hackett, to St. Louis County Executive Charlie Dooley, Julian Mulvey Group is proud to have helped those who fought bravely for our country.
